The Camera I Usually Use for POV Fishing Videos

This is the camera setup I usually use for filming my first-person fishing videos and outdoor adventures.

One thing I really like about this camera is how small and lightweight it is compared to larger action cameras. When I’m walking rivers, climbing rocks, exploring new fishing spots, or filming for long periods, having a lightweight setup makes a huge difference.

Most of the time, I use it with a neck mount for chest-level POV shots while fishing. I also sometimes mount it on top of my motorcycle helmet when riding or exploring outdoors.

It’s also really convenient that the camera supports both horizontal and vertical shooting without making the setup complicated, which is perfect for filming both YouTube videos and short-form content.

Another accessory I use quite often is the hat clip mount. Being able to clip the camera directly onto a cap makes filming quick and natural, especially for simple fishing sessions or everyday outdoor moments.

For me, this kind of camera setup works really well because it stays simple, lightweight, and easy to carry while still capturing immersive first-person footage on the water.
